I am Saman Urooj, an enthusiastic 23 year old woman based in New Delhi. I have completed my undergraduate program and when I look back at the last 5 years of my life I can certainly conclude my experience as a student of BA in Digital Media and Arts from Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University was good, but the work I did as a freelancer alongside my college was great.

I had always been a sports kid and a career in Art and media seemed far fetched until trusted my instincts and realized that this work aligns well with my temperament— as a swimmer I was focused, I practiced many hours, I learnt newer techniques quickly and I adapted to multiple trainers with changing seasons.

My decision to formally pursue this field of education came from acknowledging the surrounding I grew up in; Growing up in a family and friend circle that appreciated good advertisements, dissecting design trends and lauding me for the comic sketches I made as a hobby.

Eventually, I got curious about various mediums of communication and since design, especially, is an integral part of it, I took time to hone these instincts with learning softwares and adapting myself technically.

Currently I am working as a video editor at Revolio Media. And due to my ever growing curiosity, I am looking for more opportunities in the field where I can put my skills of video editing, graphic design and motion graphics to use and experiment with new ways of thinking, creating and communicating through media.
